  • 1/4 cup vegatable oil
  • 3 pound trip tip sirloin, cubed
  • 3 large jalapeonos stemmed, seeded and chopped
  • 3 Mexican red chiles, stemmed, seeded and chopped
  • 6 Tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 - 12 ounce Texas beer
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • White Onion, chop finely for garnish
  • Sour cream, garnish
  • Cilantro, chopped for garnish
