Mix oj, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, cloves and allspice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to over 1c, about 30 mins. Remove from heat, add rum, cool. Leave ham room temp 30 mins - score the skin, diamond-pattern 1/2" deep.
Hand rub salt, creole, and pepper evenly over ham.
Bake, uncovered for 1-2 hours.
Baste often w glaze and pan juices.
Grill until skin is crisp and dark. Serve, and enjoy!
