Slice all your ingredients and put them onto kabob skewers.
Place your kabobs on the STOK Kabob and Rib Rack which is already placed on the grill.
As they cook on the rack turn them so that they cook evenly.
Once they are warmed place them on a platter and cover them with chocolate sauce.
