Steel City Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

Ingredients Used:

  • 1 1/2 pounds of smoked kielbasa
  • 2 Tabs butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • Honey Mustard Dressing Sauce
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 Tab prepared horseradish
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cracked black pepper

Cut the kielbasa in 3 inch pieces and slice your onion. Get sauce ingredients together.

Heat your STOK grill and insert the Wok Grill Insert. Place the sliced onion in the Wok Grill Insert.
