Steak & Mushroom Kabobs

Ingredients Used:

  • 1 pound steak, chopped into 1 inch chunks
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 pound small potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves, garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Prep Time: 10 minutes, marinate up to 2 hours prior to cooking
Grilling Time: 10-12 minutes

Get all your ingredients together to begin making your marinade.

Begin making your marinade in bowl, by first adding the olive oil.

Now add the mushrooms to the marinade.

Put the steak cubes into the marinade mixture.

Add the minced garlic and stir to mix. This will make more garlic stick to the meat if you add it last on top of the meat.

Now begin threading the skewers with meat.

Then add the potato, meat, and mushroom to fill the skewers.

Once skewers are done, prepared place on rack and let cook for 5-7 minutes
