Gather all of your ingredients.
Take your chicken breast and start to butterfly them. Meaning cut them almost in half long ways leaving about an inch, then open the chicken breast up.
Once you butterfly all of your chicken breasts, set them to the side.
In a mixing bowl, add your artichokes and cream cheese.
Then add in your frozen spinach.
Add in your parmesan cheese and your mozzarella cheese.
Add in your Italian seasoning.
Add in your paprika.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture on the insides of the chicken breasts.
Close the chicken breasts.
Turn your grill on the medium high heat, and add some olive oil to your Wok Insert.
Place the stuffed chicken breast in to the wok insert once the oil has heated.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Once one side of the chicken is cooked, usually about 7-8 minutes flip the chicken.
Season the other side with salt and pepper.
Close the grill and allow chicken to cook through, about another 7-8 minutes. Remove from the heat once finished.
If you would like, add a little milk to the Wok Insert once the chicken is removed to make a gravy/sauce. Stir the milk into the Wok with the filling that has come out of the chicken, and pour it over the chicken. Serve and enjoy!
