Gather all of your ingredients, and heat your grill to med-low heat.
Take your 4 pita breads, and lay them out. Spread your pesto over the tops of the pita breads.
Take your sliced roma tomatoes, and place them on top of the pesto.
Place your sliced mushrooms on top of the pesto as well.
Sprinkle some black pepper on top of the tomatoes and the mushrooms. Now top the pitas with parmesan cheese.
Place your chopped spinach on top of the parmesan cheese.
Pour a little olive oil top of the pita pizzas.
Place directly on the grill and close the lid.
Once the parmesan cheese has started to melt and the spinach is beginning to wilt, top your pizzas with feta crumbles.
Once the feta looks like it is about to melt and the bottoms of the pita bread is crispy, remove from the grill. Serve and enjoy!
