Gather all ingredients and preheat your STOK grill to 375 degrees.
Pour your cake mix into a bowl and add all 4 eggs.
Add the vegetable oil to the mixture.
Pour in the pumpkin pudding mix.
Stir together and add in the 1/2 cup of milk until batter all comes together
Pour the batter into the STOK Cast Iron Kettle.
In a new mixing bowl, start preparing the topping by adding half a cup of brown sugar.
Add half a cup of sugar.
Add 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
Add in the 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients together.
Sprinkle the topping mixture on top of all the uncooked batter.
Place the lid on the top of the kettle and let cook for 30 minutes of until done.
Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice, and 2-3 tablespoons of milk to create the glaze. Pour glaze over the cake when it is finished cooking.
