Prepare all your ingredients while you preheat your STOK grill.
Pour chicken stock into your STOK kettle insert and heat to boiling.
In a separate bowl, combine the celery and the following.
Add the carrot to the bowl.
Then add the onion to the bowl.
Add the chopped parsley to the bowl.
Now add the mixture to the broth.
Add the pepper.
Add the cut up chicken to the boiling mixture. Simmer until your chicken is cooked completely.
Pour biscuit mix into a separate bowl.
Slowly add milk to the biscuit mix, stirring it into the mix as you pour into the bowl
Spoon the mixture over the boiling stock. Do not drop, place them on top so they will cook on top.
Cook until dumplings are plump and cooked all the way through, about 20 minutes
