Gather all of your ingredients. Heat your grill to high and fill your kettle insert with water. Begin to boil the water.
Once your water is boiling, drop in your potatoes and boil until tender.
Once the potatoes are done, transfer to a bowl and add in the butter and the half and half.
Mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste!
Stir everything together.
Dump the water out of the kettle insert and add the canola oil. Add in your ground beef and begin to cook the beef.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the flour to the beef and stir.
Once the beef is almost cooked add in your onions and garlic. Stir.
Add in your corn.
Add in your peas and stir.
Add in the chicken broth, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme. Stir everything together and cook until the chicken broth boils out.
Once the chicken broth is almost gone, place your mashed potatoes on top and put the lid onto the kettle and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Once your potatoes are hot, remove from the heat and enjoy!
