While you preheat your grill prepare all your ingredients so your are ready to grill. Cook the rice on the stove as rice recipe directs.
Place the chicken breast directly on the STOK grill grate insert and salt and pepper as it cooks.
Cook the breasts 5 minutes and turn over and cook until done.
Slice the chicken breast.
Spread the chicken in the burrito shell.
Add the cooked Mexican rice.
Add the black beans.
Top with the shredded cheese.
Add the salsa.
Fold the outer sides in toward the middle of the burrito shell.
Pull the bottom over the middle and roll forward to make a rolled burrito!
