  • 2 to 4 lbs Fresh Salmon

Preparation

Step 1

Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl and wisk. Pour over salmon filets and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinade.

Step 2

Place filets skin side down on grill and cook on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
