Pre-heat grill to high heat, prep ingredients
Half the squash and scrape out insides. Slice into 1/4 inch half moons. Toss together squash, olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder and fresh ground pepper in ziploc to combine.
Lay squash directly on grill and grill until tender and cheese crisps.
Cook 6 minutes on first side and flip until squash is tender.
