Slice your pumpkins in half, scoop out the seeds and pulp. Then prepare your other ingredients, you don't want to leave the grill while your are frying.

Place your pieces of pumpkin in a bowl and add corn starch.

Add the garlic powder. Now drizzle the pumpkin with olive oil and stir the pumpkin around in the coating and get it covered well.
Place the pumpkin wedges on the STOK wok insert and cook at a medium heat heat for 10 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are brown and crisp.
While the fries are cooking combine the cheese parsley and sea salt. When the fries are done place on serving platter and sprinkle the parmesan mix on top.
