Oakland Loaded Potato Skins

Ingredients Used:

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped broccoli
  • sour cream

Preparation
