Ingredients Used:

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup seeded and chopped pepperoncini pepper
  • 1/2 cup seeded and chopped cherry pepper
  • 1 24 inch loaf of Italian bread cut lenghwise
  • 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tomoatoes, thinly sliced
  • 5 ounces thinly sliced salami
  • 5 ounces thinly sliced capicola
  • 5 ounces thinly sliced cotto salami
  • 5 ounces thinly sliced mortadella
  • 5 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon brown spicy mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon brown spicy mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon brown spicy mustard
