Gather ingredients and set grill to high heat.
Remove husks from corn and set aside. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream & cilantro.
Place corn on grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning throughout.
Squeeze lime juice over corn and lather with sour cream cilantro mix. Top with parmesan cheese.
Remove from grill and serve with Sriracha Chicken Quesadillas.
