Gather all of your ingredients.
In a small bowl pour in your lime juice.
Add in your tequila and triple sec.
Add in your vegetable oil.
Add in your crushed red pepper flakes.
Add in your sugar.
Add in your fresh chopped cilantro.
Add in your minced garlic. Now stir all of the ingredients together.
Place your two ribeye steaks into a freezer bag.
Pour the marinade into the bag and place in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
Heat your grill to the highest possible heat and place the steaks directly onto the grill once it is hot.
Flip over the steak once they are halfway done.
Cook steaks to your desired temperature and serve! Be careful steaks will flame up a little due to the tequila.
