Kettle Cooked Peach Pie

  • 3 1/2 lbs peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 flaky cream cheese pie crust
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Preheat grill and prep ingredients. Pie crust needs to cool in fridge at least 1 hour.
