Preheat grill and prep ingredients. Pie crust needs to cool in fridge at least 1 hour.
Fit pie crust to kettle base.
Pour sugar into mixing bowl.
Combine flour with sugar and add salt.
Add nutmeg to mixture.
In a separate bowl add vanilla extract to sliced peaches.
Add lemon juice to peaches and gently stir.
Pour dry ingredients into bowl of peaches and stir.
Cover peaches in mixture.
Evenly spread peaches to cover pie crust.
Let cook on the grill for 5 min.
Add the lattice topping over top of pie.
In another bowl, beat one egg and 1 tbsp of water to create the egg wash.
Use a small spoon or brush to base the top of the pie crust.
Let cook for 30 - 40 min. Cover kettle insert with lid and leave grill top open.
