Slice ciabatta sandwich rolls in half.
Lay rolls face-up on tray.
Combine garlic powder and mayo and spread on top side of roll.
Place provolone slice and 2 basil leaves on top half of sandwich. Place meats and peppers on bottom half.
Combine sandwich halves.
Place sandwiches on STOK Quattro Grill.
Press sandwich on STOK Quattro grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until brown.
