Get all your ingredients together they will be ready quickly.
Place hot dogs and sliced pineapple on warm grill and turn until brown. While the hot dogs are cooking mix together the mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce.
Put the hot dogs and pineapple in the bun.
Place jalapeno's on top of hot dog.
Put the sliced red onion on the hot dog.
Put on the cilantro and the sauce on the hot dog and your ready to eat.
