Gather all of your ingredients.
Turn your grill to medium high, and place your bacon onto the griddle insert.
Cook your bacon one on side then flip to cook the other side.
Once your bacon is cooked place it to the side.
Leave some of the bacon grease on the griddle insert, and crack your four eggs onto the insert.
Season your eggs with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese over the eggs.
Butter your 4 slices of sourdough bread on one side.
Place your bread on the grill butter side down.
Once the bread has gotten crispy, spread guacamole on the unbuttered side of the bread.
When the cheese has melted, and the whites of the eggs have set you can turn the grill off.
Carefully take two of the eggs and put them on the bread on top of the guacamole.
Place bacon on top of the eggs and cheese.
Place your other piece of bread with guacamole on top of the bacon.
Slice in half and enjoy!
