Grilled Steak & Dutch Rosemary potatoes

Ingredients Used:

  • 1 T-bone steak
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • baby yellow dutch potatoes
  • rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Set grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

season both sides of steak with minced onion, garlic powder, salt, & pepper

Step 3

Drizzle potatoes with olive oil.

Step 4

Season potatoes with rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place potatoes on STOK Vegetable tray insert.

Step 6

Allow potatoes to cook for approximately 30 minutes.

About 15 minutes into cooking the potatoes, add the steak to the grill gate.

Step 8

Allow steak to cook for about 9-11 minutes. (or desired style)
