Get all your ingredients together. Preparation is very easy.
Unroll a prepacked pie crust and put flour on the side to place face down on the Griddle Insert. When the crust is soft to shape, place in the griddle and push an edge around the whole insert. Be sure to get the crust down without any holes.
Place the corn syrup on the wok insert in the grill. Add the brown sugar and begin to stir and melt.
Bring the pie mixture to a boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Add butter, pull of the heat to allow it to cool enough to add the eggs.
Take the cooled mixture and add the eggs and mixture thoroughly.
Add one cup of pecan and stir to mix.
Pour the pie mixture into the Griddle Insert filled with pie crust.
Place kettle on the grill at 325 degrees and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is fully browned. Cool and serve
