Grilled Crab Cakes

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
  • 2 cups saltine crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • Lemon wedges

Gather all of your ingredients and heat your grill to high heat.

In a large mixing bowl add all of your ingredients except the lemon wedges and the saltines. Fold everything together, then add half of the saltines.

Start forming patties with the mixture.

Form all your patties and set to the side.

With the remaining saltines, completely cover the outside of the patties.

Spread your canola oil over the Mega Griddle insert. Place your crab cakes on top of the oil. Grill for about 7-8 minutes.

Step 7

Flip the crab cakes over and grill for another 7-8 minutes. Be gentle the crab cakes can fall apart.

Remove from the grill and serve with a lemon wedge. Enjoy!
