Gather all of your ingredients.
Heat your grill to high heat, and place your corn directly on the grill. Grill the corn until it is finished turning every couple minutes. Should take about 10-12 minutes.
With a brush, spread the coconut oil over the grilled corn.
Take the salt and sprinkle it over the corn.
Do the same with the pepper as you did with the salt.
Now take your smoked paprika and sprinkle it over the corn. You can you as much as you like depending on personal preference.
Top it off with some freshly chopped cilantro.
Squeeze fresh lime juice on top of the corn, serve as a side or a snack and enjoy!
