  • Chicken Breasts
  • Black Beans
  • Green Onions
  • Bell Pepper (I prefer yellow)
  • BBQ Sauce (I love Famous Dave’s Sweet and Zesty for this recipe.)
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Grill chicken breasts. When they are nearly cooked, baste with BBQ sauce and finish cooking.

Step 2

Let chicken cool and then cut into bite sized pieces.

Step 3

Layer your nacho ingredients into the STOK Grill Wok insert.

Step 4

Because of how large this insert is, you can do two complete layers of tortilla chips, cheese, chicken, beans, onions and pepper. Then carefully drizzle BBQ sauce over each layer as well.

Step 5

Place in your STOK grill and cook until all ingredients are warm and the cheese is fully melted.

Step 6

Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!
