Grilled, Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

  • One package of bacon
  • Fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 T. garlic powder

Prep Time: 1.5 hours (freeze time included of 1 hour)
Grilling Time: 4-5 minutes


Step 1

Halve the jalapeños & remove seeds and ribs. Arrange the peppers on a cookie sheet

Step 2

Mix together the cream cheese and garlic powder. Spread mixture inside of the jalapeños

Step 3

Freeze the peppers for 1-2 hours

Step 4

Cut the slices of bacon in half

Step 5

Wrap each stuffed pepper with half a slice of bacon

thread 3-4 jalapeño poppers onto each wooden skewer

Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until bacon is cooked. Serve & enjoy!
