Set grill to medium heat and gather ingredients.
Add butter to Cast Iron Kettle insert. Once butter is melted, add onions and salute for 5 minutes.
Add in minced garlic and bacon and mix together.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes and then add collards, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth and brown sugar.
Mix together, shut STOK grill, and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
