  • 6 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Insert Pizza Stone and set Grill to medium high heat.

Step 2

Slice onion into rings, and let them soak in buttermilk for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Crush crackers as fine as you can. I used a rolling pin.

Step 4

Beat eggs in a bowl, then dip the onion slices in the eggs. Coat with cracker crumbs, and place on stone. Cook for 10 minutes and serve warm with choice of dip.
