Begin by preparing the marinade.
To make the marinade begin with the olive oil.
Add the Sugar to the oil.
Add the Chili sauce to the bowl.
Add the salt to the mixture.
Add the minced garlic. Mix together completely.
Now add the peeled shrimp to the marinade.
Allow the shrimp to marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
Once you have marinated your shrimp, preheat your STOK grill with the STOK Kabob and Rib Rack insert in place.
Skewer the shrimp on the STOK kabob skewers.
Place the filled skewers on the rack and begin cooking.
Turn the shrimp every minute or so. It won't take long for them to cook.
After about 3-5 minutes you will see the shrimp turn pink on the outside. Remove the skewers from the heat immediately. Do not overcook they will be tough.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp and serve.
