  • 4 whole doughnuts
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup honey

On a hot grill heat preheated to 350 place your STOK griddle insert. Then Add 3/4 cup water.

Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cook up to another 10 minutes to reduce the mixtures to about half.

Place your donuts on your grill and grill donuts on each side until the glaze melts and caramalizes. Sugar burns easily keep an eye on them.

Once they are brown assemble your sandwiches in this order. half glazed doughnut, scoop of ice cream and the berry topping, then add the other half of the doughnut and serve!
