Preheat your STOK grill and STOK griddle insert and get your ingredients mixed together.
Using a large bowl beat eggs
Add the vanilla
Add the melted butter
Add the milk
Mix all ingredients well.
Dip your toast on both sides in the egg mixture.
Place oil on your griddle
Place the dipped toast onto the griddle
Once golden on the bottom flip to cook the other side
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with pure maple syrup.
