Gather ingredients and set grill to medium heat.
Add cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, peeper, and parsley to a large mixing bowl and whisk.
Slowly add in the milk and stir with a spoon until mixture is thick.
Now add in the corn kernels and mix until corn is completely covered.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil onto the griddle insert.
Scoop out the mixture with a large snoop and place it into the oil. Flatten out the mixture with a spatula.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and enjoy!
