Coffee Rub Steak

Ingredients Used:

  • 1/4 cup ancho chili powder
  • 1/4 cup finely ground expressso
  • 2 Tabs Spanish paprika
  • 1 Tab dry mustard
  • 1 Tab kosher salt
  • 1 Tab ground black pepper
  • 1 Tab ground corainder
  • 1 T oregano
  • 1 Tab chili de arbol
  • 2 large ribeye steaks 2 inches thick

Pre-heat your stok grill while your prepare your ingredients.

To begin the rub. Add the coffee to a small bowl

Add mustard.

Add coriander and salt and pepper.

Stir to mix all ingredients.

Rub oil all over the raw steaks.

Rub 2 Tabs off rub mixture onto each side of the steak.

Place steaks on grill and cook to desired temperature.
