Classic biscuits and gravy

  • 1 16 ounce can of jumbo buttermilk biscuits cooked
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tube of sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour

While your STOK Grill preheats get all your ingredients ready to cook.

Brown the sausage in your STOK Wok insert over medium heat.

Add the flour to the browned sausage.

Slowly add the milk as you stir it in to allow it to mix together while stirring. Be sure to keep the bottom of the pan scrapped to not allow the gravy to burn.

Place your thickened gravy on top of your biscuits and serve.
