  • 120g chorizo
  • olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2-3 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

In your Wok Insert heat a little bit of olive oil.

Stir together and cook until onions start to become soft.

Cook your chorizo thoroughly and mix in with the onions and garlic.

Once your chorizo is cooked add in your potatoes and stir.

Season with salt and pepper and allow the potatoes to cook in some of the grease to crispen up.

Once your potatoes have crispened, sprinkle cheese on top of the potatoes.

Crack your eggs over the cheese and close the lid of the grill to allow the egg whites to set.
