Dice chicken breast, slice mushrooms, celery stalks and onions.
Preheat on high the Drum Grill and Kettle Insert and add cooking oil/ non- stick spray.
Begin grilling chicken on direct heat first until no longer pink in center.
Add chicken stock.
Add celery and onions.
Add soy sauce.
Add honey to taste.
Sprinkle in white sugar.
Continue cooking until veggies and meat are done.
