Into the chicken, add brown rice, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, canned tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper, black beans, corn, cilantro, and lime juice. Cook mixture until onions become translucent,
When mixture is cooked thoroughly, stuff the mixture into each pepper.
Add monterey jack cheese to the top of each stuffed pepper.
Place them onto the grill and allow them to heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add sour cream, hot sauce, and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
