Gather all of your ingredients
In the Wok insert add some of the canola oil.
Add in your onion.
Add in your bell pepper.
Add in your steak seasoning, and cook until onions and pepper start to become soft.
Add in your steak.
Place two and a half slices of provolone cheese onto one side of each tortilla.
Continue cooking until steak has browned all over.
Place steak, peppers, and onions onto the provolone cheese.
Fold over the tortillas.
Spread a little canola oil onto the Griddle insert and place your quesadillas onto the Griddle.
Once the cheese is starting to melt a little and the tortilla has started to crispen up, flip the quesadilla over and repeat. Once finished serve immediately and enjoy!
