Get all your ingredients together and prepare the marinade.
Place steaks in the bowl with marinade and let them soak for up to 6 hours.
Pour the oil in the Stok Wok insert.
Once oil is bubbling slowly add the sliced potatoes or frozen french fries. Do not over fill the Wok.
Bring fries to a golden brown, approximately 8 minutes
Place the steaks on the Stok grill insert surrounding the wok.
Cook the steaks 5 - 10 minutes per side depending on your preference of wellness of your steak.
Once the steak is cooked slice it into thin slices for your burrito.,
Place the french fries and cheese in a burrito shell.
Add the sliced steak.
Pull the sides of the burrito toward the center.
Pull the bottom of the burrito toward the middle and roll it up.
Once it is rolled place back on the grill for 5 minutes to heat the food and shell.
Once warmed remove from grill.
Cover your burrito with your Pico de Gallo
Add sour cream and serve.
