Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Apple Cole Slaw

Ingredients Used:

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Ciabatta buns
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small apple, red or green
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 1/2 oz blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Gather all ingredients. Combine ketchup, hot sauce, and butter into a dish and place your chicken in the mixture to allow to marinate.

Combine the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl

Mix everything together evenly and place in the refrigerator until needed.

Heat your grill to high and place chicken onto the grill.

About halfway through cooking the chicken place your ciabatta buns onto the grill.

Flip Chicken over and remove buns once they are warm.

Place your chicken onto the bottoms of the buns and top with the cole slaw you previously made.
