Gather all ingredients and heat grill to high.
To prepare the batter for the cauliflower we will first add the flour and the garlic powder to a large mixing bowl.
Then you will add the salt.
Pour in your water.
Mix your batter together.
Add your cauliflower into your batter and coat evenly.
add a small bit of oil to you wok insert.
Add your battered cauliflower to the wok insert.
Grill the cauliflower and flip and they are cooking.
Keeping grilling the cauliflower until almost all of the bits start to turn brown. Remember to flip them so you don't burn one side.
Add your cooked cauliflower to a small mixing bowl.
Pour your one cup of buffalo sauce onto the cauliflower.
Pour honey on top of the buffalo sauce.
Mix everything together, trying to cover with buffalo sauce evenly.
Place onto a serving dish with some ranch if desired, and serve immediately!
