Gather and prep ingredients.
Using the Insert Removal Took, place the Vegetable Tray into the Gridiron and preheat to medium-high.
When the grill is preheated, pour the halved radishes and thyme into the Vegetable Tray Insert.
Brush the radishes with the melted brown butter.
Add sea salt to taste.
Grill the radishes for about 6 minutes, shifting them around to ensure all are evenly grilled. The radishes should soften a little, but not enough to lose their crunch!
Using the Insert Removal Tool, take the Vegetable Tray off of the grill and transfer the radishes to your serving platter.
Serve and enjoy!
