Gather all ingredients.
Turn your grill to medium heat and put your butter in the Wok Insert.
Melt all the butter until smooth.
Place in your brown sugar.
Stir in the brown sugar quickly, being sure not to burn it.
Once the brown sugar is blended into the butter, add in the salt.
Then add in your vanilla and mix everything together.
Once the caramel is mixed together and thin add in your bananas.
Mix the bananas into the caramel and pour your rum on top.
With a long light or a match, light the rum on fire and allow it to burn until the flames die out.
Use immediately, and place over ice cream, crepes, waffles, pancakes or whatever you would like. Enjoy!
