Gather all of your ingredients.
Pour your vegetable oil into the Wok insert about 1/2 an inch, and heat your grill to medium high.
Mix your flour and water together, then lay out on of your egg roll wrappers. Place one half on your banana on the end of the wrapper.
Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar into the wrapper and on the banana.
Then sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon onto the banana.
Start rolling the wrapper till the banana is in the middle.
Once the banana is in the middle fold the sides in.
Roll a tad bit more and make sure to pull the sides in a tad bit more. Take your flour and water mixture and rub it on the remaining bit of egg roll wrapper and roll it all the way closed. The flour and water mixture acts as glue to hold the rolls closed.
Repeat the previous steps until you have all of your rolls made, then once your oil is hot place the rolls into the oil.
After about 2 minutes flip the rolls over to cook the other side.
Once they are golden brown all the way on the outside take them out of the oil.
Arrange them in a circle or in a star.
Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream in the middle.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over everything and serve. Enjoy!
