Fill your STOK Cast Iron Kettle Insert with water and bring to a boil. Cut up the potatoes and herbs.
Boil the water and the add the potatoes chunks.
Put in the bay leaf.
While water is boiling cook the bacon on the grill.
Once potatoes are tender strain them and put them back into your STOK Cast Iron Kettle and add the milk as you smash the potatoes.
Add Bacon grease and butter and mix.
Once they are mixed up add the chopped parsley.
