Apple Tarts

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 Tabs butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 - 1/2" slices
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls

Step 1

Pre-heat your Stok Grill to 375 degrees and use your Stok griddle insert for this recipe. While pre-heating prepare all your ingredients.

Once your ingredients are prepared, start to assemble them. Sprinkle the open rolls with your brown sugar.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly.

Place apple slice on top of each roll.

Roll each roll up and place it on your Stok Griddle insert.

Pour the butter over the rolls lightly over the rolls.

Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar onto the rolls.

Place directly on your hot Stok Griddle insert and cook for 5 minutes per side.

Cook an additional 5 minutes or til desired brownness. Can turn your grill down for this side if other side cooked to quickly.
