  • roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
  • artichokes, drained and patted dry
  • sliced black olives, drained and patted dry
  • sliced banana peppers, drained and patted dry
  • fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Turn the grill on, and close the lid.

Once the cheese is starting to get melted and the bread is toasted, flip your sandwiches over.

Once the other side of the sandwich is toasted and the cheese is melted, remove the sandwich from the heat and serve!
