Cut all meat and vegetables into bite sized pieces.
Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes.
Place the STOK kabob insert on grill and preheat grill.
Place meat, fruit and vegetables onto the metal kabob sticks that come with the STOK Kabob insert.
Place the filled kabob sticks onto the rack in the grill and allow to cook.
Occasionally rotate the kabobs to ensure even heating.
Near the end you can baste the entire kabob with teriyaki sauce if a stronger flavor is desired.
